Cliff's den is in a very tumultuous section of the forest. There are many storms throughout that part of the forest.

Whomever Cliff allows into the area is unaffected by the storms just as he is. However, if an intruder were to invade Cliff's territory the storms would harm and confuse the intruder trapping them there until Cliff returned or released them.

Cliff finds solitude in chaos which is another reason other wolves look upon him oddly.

2011-04-25 [GlassCasket]: Cliff lay in his den. The information about what had happened the night before ran through his head. What caused such a force to lob him through the air like a rag doll? What could be that powerful that he could not sense it? His mind whirred but he decided it would be best to just continue his day. He stretched as he stood and prepared for the day.

2011-04-29 [Yudan333]: Yudan stood at the entry sensing the electric current she barked loudly "You have a visitor." She hoped he would hear and come to greet her and the male by her side.
